Headed out of London on a Saturday to visit the Seven Sisters Cliff. It’s funny how the cliff is not located at the station “Seven Sisters”, made a mistake buying the wrong train tickets.
To get there: Buy the rail ticket to Seaford, and walk / take the bus from there.
So anyway, we got there bright and early thinking that we had to walk for quite a bit to get there. The weather wasn’t to our favour in the earlier part of the day, it was kinda raining / heavy drizzling when we were trying to make our way up the cliff. I did enjoy the view though! There’s something very calming about walking along the coast and watching the ocean blend into the horizon. There was a big herd of sheeps grazing too!
To cut the story short, we went to Seven Sisters only to see the cliff from afar, plus the weather was kinda cold and wet that it made the view foggy. The sky only started clearing up when we were making our way back down into the city center. (Slow clap). Nevertheless, it was a good day trip away from the hustle and bustle of London and the good company i had definitely made it better. We ended the day settling in a cafe (Pomegranate) having cinnamon bread with fried bananas and a crab meat coriander pasta with our usual coffee order.
I want more mini trips like this!
