Really one of the simplest kind of desserts to make. Fuss free and really healthy!
All you have to do:
Put 1/5 cup of chia seeds into a cup
Pour in about 1/2 cup of milk (your choice)
– You could use soy milk, almond milk, chocolate milk etcCover and leave it overnight for the chia seeds to absorb the milk and puff up.
When ready, top with honey and/or fruits of your choice.
(for this, i used figs and coconut flakes)It’s that simple!! Try it at home.
