Sunday at Prive

Everyday - July 28, 2014

Brunch at Prive yesterday with the family! Missing the brother in action because he had to go for tuition. This is the second time i brought my family there, and we’re back because the ambience and food at Prive’s really good! Really treasure times like these because it’s gonna come by really rare in future, and nothing means more than to spend quality family time together.

I ordered the Ultimate Brekkie and my sis got the Eggs Royale. And of course, coffee is a must, so i got myself an Iced Latte, and she ordered a flat white.

Both my parents ordered the pan seared sea bass which looks really yummy! It was a dish of pan friend sea bass accompanied with 2 polenta parmesan cakes.

Starter for my dad was their really delicious and creamy forest mushroom soup, while my mum got herself the Summer in a Bowl salad.

Totally not disappointing because the salad was really fresh. There were bits of beetroot and rice crispies in it which made it better. Yumyum.

Of course, what’s a complete meal without dessert. Dad ordered the banana and raisin strudel which turned out really really delicious. OMG. i feel like it triumphed the sticky date pudding!!!! it was warm, moist, and very flavourful.
Took a short walk along the bay to digest off the good and took some photos together. The weather was rather lovely yesterday, so all is good.

Here’s my mum who always looks young! Love this photo of her. 😀

& here’s a shot of my parents of whom i love very dearly. I don’t think i’d be able to spend such a long time away without their presence because it’s just gonna be empty. I don’t know how i’d be able to handle being away from them for so long, but i guess i’ll try my best and work hard at the same time so i won’t be letting them down. 🙁

& of course, my lovely sister who’s currently residing in Australia, and i get to see her about 2-3 times a year. Sad, but that makes every reunion with her an amazing and awesome one. Can’t wait to be travelling with her again.

& in 6.5 weeks, everything will be different for me. Things will change, and i would have to adapt to a new environment and be part of a totally different culture. I wonder how that’s gonna be like, but what i’m sure of is that, the feeling hasn’t completely sunk in that i’ll be going away.
Soon.
