Get into the Autumn mood with this freshly baked Cinnamon Pumpkin Bread! It can be your comfort go to food, and it’ll go well with a cup of hot tea or coffee. It’s simple to make, and takes about an hour in total. You can pop it into the oven and take a shower, read a magazine while waiting!
What you’ll need:
1 can – Pumpkin Puree
2 tea spoon – Ground ginger
2 tea spoon – Cinnamon
2.5 cups – All Purpose Flour
2 teaspoon – Baking Powder
1 cup – Granulated Sugar
1 cup – Brown Sugar
1 cup – Melted butter
3 – Large eggs
1 teaspoon – saltMixing the ingredients
1. Preheat oven to 190 degree celcius
2. Whisk all the wet ingredients together (Pumpkin, melted butter and eggs)
3. Add in the dry ingredients slowly and whisk everything till just combined.
4. Pour the batter into bread tins
5. Top it with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds (optional)
6. Set to bake for 50 minutes
