Pecan Cookies

Everyday - March 19, 2014

Decided to make some cookies in the afternoon and it turned out really delicious!
These are the Tiramisu Pecan Cookies.
It took awhile to get the taste right, but the taste got more defined after a round of baking.

Made them into little balls so that the taste would be more flavorful!

Made 3 batches, and the last batch was baked as flat cookies.

I randomly mixed ingredients together, so i’ll put here what i can remember.

Tiramisu Pecan Cookies
– 500g plain flour

– 250g unsalted butter
– 1 egg
– Fine mascarpone cheese powder (for a more flavourful taste)
– Fresh milk (to prevent the cookies from being dry)
– Pecans (up to you. depends how much you want on your cookie)
– Coffee cream (for the tiramisu taste)
– This amount makes up to 24 cookies (2 dozen)
