We took an overnight sleeper train into Milan from Venice.

I guess the Duomo was as majestic as i imagined it would be. All the intricate detailing on the architecture was amazing. Standing in front of it in it’s full view felt surreal. I guess if there was a lesson to learn from being in Milan, GUARD YOUR VALUABLES. The number of syndicates and dodgy people lurking around waiting to pounce at any chance to grab your wallets is too damn high. I was pretty much walking around feeling very guarded of my own bag after being pickpocketed in the train station on the first day of arrival.

Spent a total of about 2 days and a half in Milan.
